A great design. Sleek, but, it is still a bit wider. That, I think, cannot be helped due to the Qwerty keyboard. An effort has been made to make the Blackberry 8800 sleeker than the previous Blackberry models.
It comes in a deep blue casing with chrome litered in-between, giving it a good appearance.
Display is good and clear and Blackberry has provided us with a sensor which adjusts the backlighting of the screen.
The Blackberry phone 8800 allows you to email and SMS which is ofcourse expected of all Blackberry phones. Integrated in the phone are GPS and Blackberry Maps feature.
The trackball which has been carried on from the Blackberry Pearl is very helpful for easier navigation.
8800 comes with some basic mutltimedia capabilities so now you can listen to music and watch videos.
These features I may warn you are basic but it should be enough for the Blackberry user who normally do not have a fancy for them, anyway.
Still missing from the phone is the camera.
The blackberry 8800 gives an allround good performance and is surely worth a buy for its internet features.
